Data is obtained directly from the production line control. In some sections, we have also implemented our own solution with optical sensors that accurately count the number of pieces produced. This approach guarantees high accuracy and reliability of the recorded values.
Plan versus reality
The system allows you to enter the expected number of pieces produced for each line. These assumptions are then automatically compared with real data. The calculation of parameters such as OEE and other key indicators helps to identify weak points and optimize production processes.
Data visualization and analysis
In the analytics module, we display data through clear graphs. This gives users an immediate overview of how production standards are being met and where there is room for improvement.
Visual management support
Television visualizations have been installed on the production lines, constantly informing workers about the fulfillment of hourly standards. The data is presented in a way that is easy for production line operators to understand.
The cooperation with Apptive has been going very well from the beginning. We appreciate the fact that you are able to explain how the app works and how to use it. We monitor the graphs and measurements several times a day. It is also useful that the app is easy to use on a mobile phone.
