Production Management

The Production Management module provides records of production orders and all related documents. Each order contains production orders, which also include material requests, work blocks and quality control protocols. Thanks to this connection, you have all the information in one place and can effectively manage the entire production process.

The system allows a clear display of orders with the option of filtering according to all available parameters, especially according to the current status. Thanks to this, you can easily monitor in-process, completed or pending orders and quickly make decisions based on current data.

In the order details, you get a detailed view of the status of work in progress. You can see exactly which materials have already been removed from storage and how much work has been done on the order, and this data can be quantified into financial values. The module also provides access to completed quality control protocols and their evaluation, which allows for effective quality management and immediate response to any problems.

Production orders are also linked to related agendas such as orders received or warehouse documents. It is therefore possible to create warehouse material issues or warehouse receipts for finished products directly from the production order.

Machine Monitoring

The Production Monitoring module provides a detailed overview of machine operation through automatic collection and visualization of key data. It allows you to monitor the machine's operation indication both in real time and retrospectively. In a clear graph, you can see the exact time periods when the machine was producing and when it was idle. This data is essential for calculating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), which helps analyze the utilization of production capacities and identify bottlenecks in the production process.

At the same time, monitoring connects operating data with work report records, which allows you to assign machine efficiency to individual workers and shifts. Thanks to this, you can not only monitor machine performance, but also better evaluate operator productivity and find room for improvement in work processes. In addition to time data on machine operation, the graphs also display measured values ​​such as temperature, pressure, energy consumption and other operating parameters that can have a fundamental impact on production quality.

The module is fully customizable - users can configure their own views and data reports, set data aggregation and evaluation methods, and adapt monitoring parameters to specific production requirements. There is also the option to set various rules and automatic notifications, which allow immediate response to non-standard situations, such as long downtimes or exceeding critical values ​​for monitored parameters.

Worksheets

The Worksheets module is used for detailed records of employees' work in production. It displays all worksheets that are taken via touch terminals and allows for precise tracking of work performed and downtime.

Each worker can report either productive activity or downtime. In the case of work, it is possible to report the activity performed for a specific order, production batch, product and its operation, which provides a detailed overview of who worked on what and on what. In the case of downtime, its types and other parameters can be defined, which helps to accurately identify the reasons for inactivity and find ways to prevent them.

Paperless Production

The Paperless Production module provides digital access to all production documentation, technological procedures and work instructions directly on touch terminals. This eliminates the need for paper documents in production, reduces the risk of outdated or lost documents and contributes to higher efficiency of work processes.

Workers can load documentation in several ways - by selecting directly through the order or product on the terminal, or by scanning a barcode or QR code. This method allows quick access to current information without the need for manual searching, thereby minimizing errors and speeding up the production process.

The module can be adapted to the specific needs of each client and is often expanded with custom modifications that reflect individual requirements for the organization of production documentation or specific work procedures.

Analytics

The Analytics module provides advanced tools for evaluating data from production monitoring and other modules of the Apptive MES system. It allows you to analyze key efficiency indicators over longer periods of time and provides clear visualizations that facilitate decision-making.

Users can simply select a time range by selecting the date from - to, then specify the data source, select the required dimensions (for example, machine, shift, order) and select the specific metrics they want to monitor. After processing the data, the module automatically calculates the resulting values ​​and displays them in the form of graphs and tables, where key information is clearly arranged.

The results can be displayed as a total for the selected period or they can be aggregated by days, weeks or other time periods. In this way, you can easily monitor trends in production and identify patterns that affect performance and efficiency.

The module is mainly used for evaluating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and all parameters that participate in its calculation. It is also used for detailed analysis of downtime and its causes or for monitoring energy consumption. All results can be exported to Excel, which allows further processing and sharing of data across the company.

Quality

The Quality module enables detailed management and recording of control processes directly in production. It provides tools for defining control processes for specific products, thus ensuring systematic and precise quality control throughout the entire production cycle. Based on predefined rules, a quality control protocol is automatically created when a product is entered into production. This protocol contains all control tasks and can be conveniently filled out on a touch terminal directly at the workplace.

Maintenance

The Maintenance module provides an effective tool for managing and planning service operations, helping to keep production machines in optimal condition and minimizing unplanned downtime. All maintenance interventions performed are digitally recorded, creating a machine service logbook in which the entire history of repairs and maintenance operations can be traced.

For routine maintenance by machine operators, the module offers instructions with procedures that ensure that standard maintenance operations are performed correctly and on time. In addition, it monitors the service intervals of individual devices and automatically informs maintenance personnel about upcoming operations to maintain continuity of operation.

Warehouses

The Warehouses module is used for accurate recording of materials, semi-finished products and finished products. It provides complete inventory management, enables their categorization and clear tracking of movements within the production process.

One of the key functions is the recording of piece items, which allows the breakdown of the inventory quantity into individual pieces or groups of materials. Each item can be recorded in detail according to various criteria, such as batches, melts or other specific parameters. These parameters are fully user-editable, so they can be adapted to specific customer requirements.

The module contains tools for managing warehouse documents, such as receipts, issue notes and exchanges, thus ensuring systematic management of warehouse management. It also allows for inventory taking, which helps maintain the accuracy of warehouse records and minimize discrepancies between the physical and recorded stock levels. Each warehouse item has its own complete history of movements, thanks to which its path from purchase to consumption in production or, in the case of finished products, from production to sale can be precisely tracked.

For better warehouse organization, the module supports the recording of warehouse positions to which individual materials can be assigned. This enables quick retrieval of specific items, optimization of warehouse space, and more efficient handling of inventory.

Integration

Apptive MES is designed to easily integrate with any external system, be it ERP, accounting software or warehouse systems. Thanks to its wide range of connection options, it is suitable for both large manufacturing companies and smaller companies that need an effective and independent solution for recording production processes.
